The Short Answer
Most homes in Bend run between $150 and $350.
That range covers a typical single-story or two-story residential home with exterior-only cleaning. Add interior windows and you're looking at the higher end of that range, or slightly above it depending on the home.
If you've got a larger property, lots of windows, or significant buildup from a Bend summer, ponderosa pollen, volcanic dust, wildfire smoke residue, the price reflects that. But it won't surprise you. I give you an exact number before I show up.
What Affects the Price
Number of windows
The more windows, the more time. Pretty simple. A 3-bedroom ranch with 12 windows is a different job than a newer construction home in NorthWest Crossing with 24 windows.
Interior vs. exterior
Exterior-only is the most common request. Your outside glass takes the beating — the dust, the pollen, the rain streaks. Interior windows are less exposed, but if you want both done, that's always an option. Just tell me when you call.

Single-story vs. two-story

Condition of the windows
A home that gets cleaned regularly takes less time than one that hasn't been touched in three years. If your windows have heavy buildup, mineral deposits, hard water stains, or construction residue, that takes extra work. I'll tell you if that applies to your home before we start.
